Key Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Partner with the Program manager and Business leaders to establish programs and define program scope based on key business objectives.</li><li>Facilitate the analysis and reporting on programs / projects within the initiative and the development of recommendations regarding change requests</li><li>Communicate information, with diplomacy, upwards to the leadership team, across to the stakeholders, and down to programs and projects</li><li>Proactively drive integration and collaboration across key business partners and technology stakeholders</li><li>Ensure stakeholder engagement and effective communications across the initiative</li><li>Develops business rationale for change including costs, benefits, and trade-offs.</li><li>Drive change adoption through employee readiness, training, and effective control plans</li><li>Drive integration with partners such as Finance, Risk, Audit to ensure that all control functions are involved</li><li>Coordinate with the Program Manager for initiative level reporting, interdependency management, performance management, and issue, risk and change review and escalation</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree and/or combination of 10+ years equivalent experience</li></ul> Required Skills<ul><li>2+ years’ experience in Financial Services, with Retirement Financial Services a plus</li><li>5+ years’ experience with program or project management</li><li>Ability to lead complex business-readiness efforts, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Advanced communication and collaboration capabilities</li><li>Experience in developing project plans, stakeholder maps, budget management, resource management, risk, and contingency planning</li><li>Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferred with SAFe certification or other change management certification a plus</li></ul>About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
