Strategic Program Manager to work within company's Global Marketing organization - quickly learn company's business and marketing best practices as you work with company's marketing leadership and business stakeholders to develop comprehensive operational plans to manage complete project lifecycles for complex integrated marketing campaigns.. You'll be driving initiatives to ensure the right plans for the agreed-upon strategy are delivered to drive Client's business goals.You will execute omni-channel marketing deliverables by collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining requirements, scopes, scheduling resources, ensuring deliverables hit key milestones from kickoff through delivery, QA, campaign optimization and reporting on campaign results. May include supporting concept development/creative strategy, media strategy, photo shoots, tv, video, print, digital content including social, email creative, radio/audio spots, and out-of-home media.Create project status reports to track progress and timelines to streamline communications among stakeholders in an agile and action oriented environment. Partner cross-functionally to optimize processes and provide continuous improvement to marketing operations.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support programs including, but not limited to - Collectibles Brand Marketing, Fashion Brand Marketing, Horizontal Brand Marketing, etc.</li><li>Collaborate with multiple stakeholder organizations to ensure dots are connected between customer strategies, marketing objectives and strategies in go-to-market executions</li><li>Project management and oversight of campaigns including creative development, agency management and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time for paid and owned channels</li><li>Obtaining buy-in and sign-off from business unit partners for all plans</li><li>Regular status updates to marketing and business unit partners</li><li>Manage campaign planning, development and deployment</li><li>Ability to build timelines, lead creative reviews, create and improve processes</li><li>Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Marketing or agency account management experience required</li><li>Digital Marketing experience in all channels preferred vs. project manager generalist</li><li>Background in working with creative teams and proven ability to work within processes</li></ul>Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries:Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.
