- Position Description:The Contra Costa County (CCC) Bringing Families Home (BFH) Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the Prevention and Diversion programs in CCC. The BFH Program Manager participates in the leadership and management of the region, in coordination with the Director of Supported Housing, and may be assigned special projects.
- Provide onboarding, training, and re-training to Housing Case Manager and Housing Navigator staff.
- Review client charts and notes in HMIS, complete monthly HMIS reporting to Caminar's Finance team and the County.
- Assist Supported Housing Director and the Leadership Team in the development of the budgets.
