- Provides assistance to concerned citizens of Maryland by responding to concerns regarding the delivery of child welfare services; responses are generated in a time sensitive fashion on behalf of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary for Department of Human Services, Executive and Deputy Executive Director for Social Services Administration, and Managers for various Child Welfare Programs.
