- Provides training and development to new and existing employees through coaching, mentoring and hands-on-tools training to enable learning in Wabash National's safety requirements, tools training and coaching and training on the production floor.
- The Trainer will be responsible for hands-on-training on day 2, as well as on the production floor with responsibility for ensuring on-the-job training is occurring, employees are being trained properly and employees have everything they need as they start their employment or transfer to a new position.
- Ensure quality training is being delivered to new and existing production associates through classroom facilitation, hands-on-tools training, on-the-job training on the production floor and check-ins with new/transfer employees as they
- Assist in coaching supervisors, coordinators, and others involved in employee development
- Creates, revises and audits site-specific content within e-learning and other platforms; Acts as site administrator; serves as liaison with information technology and learning development team for system set up, and troubleshooting (future)
