- Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Food Services, supervises and coordinates activities concerning all kitchen production departments, including and not limited to prep, cook and packing department operations and personnel.
- The Production Supervisor will serve as the holder of company standards by ensuring compliance with all established standard and practices.
- The Production Supervisor is responsible for the implementation and execution of the daily production plan in compliance with SQF, FDA and USDA standards.
- HACCP, Par low Chart, Recipe, Blast Chill Slips)
- o Implement standard recipe formulation and portion controls for NSLP, CACFP and SFSP
