As our inbound Product Support Specialist you will be working together with the CS team and R&D team on executing a well-designed on-boarding experience and on-going support.
- Manual testing of DataRails product
- Work with Customer Success teams to support the onboarding process, knowledge transfer, and the system setup, collaborate with the development teams
- 1-3+ years of experience in roles such as QA/support/IT/application engineer etc.
