- The Product Support Sales Manager is responsible for coordinating, locating, motivating, and developing the Product Support Sales team.
- Ensure continuous improvement of field operations in the areas of financial performance (cost control), customer satisfaction.
- Plan, budget, forecast and execute sales activities that increases the percentage of Parts Sales, labor sales volume, parts sales volume, gross profit and promoting growth in percent of Industry New Sales.
- Be accountable for all the activities performed in the field by Field Service Supervisors and Field Technical Specialists, and Technology and Scheduling Manager.
- Develop and implement appropriate product support marketing plans designed to increase customer awareness, identify new customers, enhance market penetration and increase Percentage of Parts Sales.
