- The Process Improvement Manager will actively collaborate with Medxcel Planning, Design and Construction (PDCE) stakeholders to identify and document to completion strategic initiatives for growth and improvement to enhance Medxcel PDCE's management and delivery processes.
- This role will utilize Lean Six Sigma methodology and analytics in collaboration with the organization to accomplish business objectives, will collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, Medxcel and partners in the planning, designing, documentation and implementation of key initiatives and activities.
- Serve as a Change Agent driving the required cultural transformation and the adoption of successful Lean Six Sigma process improvement practices and by diagnosing barriers to project success and facilitating resolution
- Duties will include execution of projects, data analysis and preparation, and training Lean Six Sigma methodology
