- Join the Customer Experience Management team in Intuit’s Small Business and Self-Employed Group.
- You will augment established digital listening programs with qualitative and quantitative research designed to fully understand the end-to-end digital experience and will build compelling digital journeys which drive action.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital experiences, customer journey mapping, qualitative and quantitative research, VOC programs, human-centered design, and storytelling with data.
- 3+ years working specifically within digital experiences, preferably in content strategy or digital marketing
