- General Description: The Premier Sr. Client Advisor is responsible for the management and retention of assigned Tier 2 and Tier 3 Premier client accounts.
- Manage all pre-renewal activities for Premier clients, including pre-renewal evaluation, quoting marketplace and holding client renewal calls or in-person visits at least annually.
- Deliver s renewal proposal to Premier clients providing overview of risk exposures, recommendations, quoting additional lines and/or markets, as applicable.
- Prepare client pre-renewal package by reviewing current coverage and claims history, loss analysis and summary of risk mitigation, developing an overview of the current carrier marketplace, obtaining alternative quotes and COI review for client vendors.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 8-10 years experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance along with comprehensive understanding of all Property & Casualty insurance coverages, underwriting and rating concepts.
