- Upon completion of the program, one shall develop competencies in areas of acute care, ambulatory care, medication management, practice management, and practice related education/training.
- The resident is also responsible for the efficient and accurate provision of pharmacist care including drug distribution.
- If licensure is not obtained within 90 days of the resident’s start date, the Resident Pharmacy Director will notify the Resident they are not eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion and their Resident contract will be terminated.
- Monitors drug therapy of patients by participating in medical rounds or routinely evaluating the patient’s medication regimen, medical problems, laboratory data, and special procedures.
- Participates in educational and scholarly activities related to drug therapy to enhance personal knowledge as well as that of other health professionals at Camden Clark Medical Center.
