- Our People Ops Services Coordinator is integral to the smooth running of the business by ensuring that our people processes are clear and effective, providing expert and timely advice to all customers whilst meeting our legal compliance obligations.
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Ops Services, the purpose of this role is to provide administrative and 1st line advisory support globally via multiple systems, including Workday, solving problems quickly and effectively for our customers, and delivering excellent customer service whilst supporting efficient ways of working.
- Providing ad hoc support for our Office Management team as required.
- Support with first-line Employee Relations queries from our employees, line managers and people team colleagues.
- Types of queries may include but are not limited to application of company policies, grievance and disciplinary procedures, absence management queries etc.
