The Pelvic Health Program at Fitness Forum Physical Therapy: <ul><li>Specialized in treating pelvic health for over 25 years. </li><li>Join a team of 16 pelvic health therapists. </li><li>Participate in a monthly pelvic floor journal club.</li><li>Mentorship with pelvic health specialist with over 30 years of experience. </li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>Licensed as a Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapy by the Maryland state Board of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners and/or part of the PT compact program. (Required)</li><li>Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum degree of Bachelor's in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA. (Required)</li><li>Graduated of an accredited university with a minimum degree of Master's in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.
