- The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll for employees.
- The payroll specialist must maintain accuracy of payroll records and resolve simple to complex customer complaints while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
- The payroll specialist must maintain the highest standard of confidentiality of information.
- The Payroll Specialist participates in the day to day workflow from HR generated processes, to include but not limited to new hires, job changes, compensation changes, leave of absence, job changes and terminations.
- The Payroll Specialist will be involved in a team environment with processing payroll for approximately 13,000 on a bi-weekly pay period.
