- Duties Include but are not limited to checking and auditing timekeeping records for compliance with established standards, maintaining time and attendance records.
- Process in-house payroll for high-volume of employees Handle benefits, garnishments, and other deductions from individual paystubs Resolve issues regarding incorrect payroll informationSet up Direct Deposits Calculate and process timecards, bonuses, employee changes, taxes, garnishments, and deductions Assistance with billing and invoicingPerforms tasks to establish and maintain payroll records.
- Updates payroll records by entering changes pertaining to exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductionsQualifications for In-House Payroll Administrator: Must have strong computer skills, attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, MS Office/Excel/Word, exceptional multitasking, ability to work with a team, and organizational skills as well as work effectively with minimal supervision.
- REQUIRED: 2+ years of high-volume in-house payroll processing experience (in-house payroll experience is very important in this role, we do not use 3rd party software system to process the paychecks)
