- The Payroll Manager will report to the Corporate Controller , supervise the Payroll Assistant / Payroll Analyst and work closely with other accounting staff.
- The Payroll Manager will also provid e assistance in sp ecial projects and duties assigned by the Controller, the Chief Financial Officer and other WSFSSH's officers.
- Work closely with HR Coordinator in processing of new hires, transfe rs, promotions , leave of absences and terminations.
- Provide support in researching and resolving ADP payroll-related problems or unexpected results; perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions, or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Prepare relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, W-2, etc.)
