- Purpose: The Payroll Manager oversees and directs the payroll team in completion of their daily and rhythmic tasks which comprise the end-to-end payroll process and ensures the accurate and timely payment of both salary and hourly team members for all payroll events (including but not limited to regular, overtime, incentive, etc.)
- This position collaborates extensively with leaders of Human Resources (HR), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and Operations Leaders to develop efficiency gains, ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance in the execution of all payroll responsibilities.
- Partner with the HRIS team to test payroll and tax software updates and enhancements.
- Work collaboratively with leaders of the HR and HRIS teams to ensure accurate and efficient interfacing between HCM software (UIKGPro) and UKG Time and Attendance software.
- Strong understanding of dependent upstream and downstream activities that impact and are impacted by Payroll function.
