- One of the largest offshore drilling contractors globally is looking for a Payroll Clerk/Administrator to join their team in Houston for a 6+ month contract.
- Primarily responsible for loading personal, assignment details, and payroll information to the HRIS/Payroll system and ensuring the accuracy and quality of such information.
- Also responsible for general clerical functions as assigned by the Payroll Manager.
- Input and ensure the quality and accuracy of personal, assignment and payroll related data to the HRIS/payroll system (s et-up new employee and re-hire records, record department transfers, terminations, banking, and address changes, etc.)
- Provide telephone support to rigs and shore-based staff and route calls to the appropriate staff member or department in a timely manner.
