- The iconic Hotel del Coronado is looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to join the Culinary team!
- This includes 4 restaurants, 2 bars, food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining.
- In this role, you will report directly to the Executive Pastry Chef and assist in overseeing a department of 12 full time team members.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional pastry/ baking experience with 2 years in supervisory role.
- Hotel experience as well as familiarity with chocolate and sugar work is preferred.
