- Maintain Parts and Consumables Inventory to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and minimize customer downtime
- Interface with Customers and internal customer service associates to ensure clear communication from Work Order Assignment, Customer Readiness, Customer Sign-Off, Work Order Completion, and Invoicing
- Complete reporting to hold Field Service Technicians accountable for Work Order completion
- Maximize revenue per Field Tech visit: Proactively seek out customers in vicinity of customers with needs & review other equipment they may have; suggest additional service on additional equipment while onsite and “sell” service and preventative maintenance plans
- Work collaboratively with team members to lead/document continuous improvement opportunities
