- They collaborate with other community and business partners to administer high-impact initiatives such as GEAR UP, New Hampshire Scholars, and the Statewide Family Engagement Center.
- Scope of Work: Reporting to the Director of Community Impact, the PACE Coordinator will be responsible for developing action plans with each school district that allow students to experience college campus, workforce opportunities, and expand pathways for students aligned with high-skilled, high-wage, and in-demand industry sectors.
- WMCC is a strong partner in this work and coordinators will also help to foster ongoing services for college student success including enrollment, persistence, and overall achievement of personal and professional career goals for WMCC students in the Northern Regions of NH.
- Work with local and state level workforce development partners to identify current workforce pathways that students may take
- Participate in already existing pathways work with local districts and higher ed institutions
