- As an Owners Representative, Construction Project Manager you will act as the Owner’s advocate and represent their best interest throughout all project phases, with direct accountability for project delivery.
- You will serve as the liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, testing agencies, utility providers, municipal authorities, financial institutions, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) vendors, and other specialty consultants and third-party vendors.
- Manage and oversee all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual projects including planning, design, entitlement, permitting, construction, occupancy, and closeout on behalf of the owner.
- Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or by conducting standard RFP process, complete bid leveling, analysis, and negotiations with contractors, subs, and vendors.
