Organizational Development Specialist

- As part of the Enterprise Learning & Development team, the OD Specialist will work closely with the Director of OD, OD Lead, and internal business partners to design, develop, and deploy solutions for Clayton leaders that align with strategic business needs, provide ongoing opportunities to enhance critical competencies, and offer impactful experiences that inspire continuous development.
- Partners with the OD Lead, HRIS team, and Sr Learning Technology Specialist to mine and analyze talent and learning data to glean insights for prioritizing targeted organizational and leadership development opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Leadership Development, Human Development, or related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and/or Talent Development required; experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or related field preferred.
- Training on organizational development, organizational design, leadership development, and change management preferred.
