- Completes paperwork detailing each warranty/service call including additional repairs necessary.
- Identifies product needed for warranty/service calls and completes customer service form for supervisor review.
- Performs broad carpentry skills for warranty work including carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing and installation or adjustments to windows, doors, toilets and faucets
- The performance of this position requires occasional exposure to the manufacturing areas where the use of safety glasses is required, and the use of hearing protection may be required.
- Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with overtime as needed.
