- Position Summary Information Job Summary / Basic Function SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:The Manager for the Office of Instruction will provide essential and confidential administrative support to the Vice President of Instruction & Provost.
- The Manager interacts regularly with a diverse array of constituents including vice presidents, deans, faculty, students, and various external guests and colleagues of the Vice President of Instruction & Provost.
- Experience in state-reporting, articulation agreements, and grant compliance is preferred.
- Requires individual with strong sense of attention to detail and importance of meeting deadlines and who can cope with several tasks simultaneously.
- Manage initiatives and new software implementationsPrepare status reports on ongoing projects and action itemsCoordinate with LIT divisions on an array of supportive programs and services for targeted populations to increase enrollment and retentionAssist the Provost in planning, developing, and administering the budget for instruction.
