- As the office assistant, you will scan existing documents and upload documents into Propel (SFDC) via the Propel interface.
- Download existing docs from Propel and add new scanned docs to the existing and upload the complete package as a single file.
- Have basic to intermediate computer abilities, able to organize, create and work with file attachments in emails, able to stand for some period of time (at copiers to scan the docs) and capable of lifting maybe 10 pounds (a stack of paperwork).
- Team has a large number of documents that need to be reviewed for some basic characteristics, scanned and uploaded to Propel via a computer.
