- The Office Administrator will provide direct support to the Facilities team for ongoing construction and operation administrative services.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the facilities management team, including but not limited to project support, invoicing, contract/RFP development and maintenance, and vendor processing.
- Perform data entry, data validation for ongoing projects
- Familiarity with Ariba, Asana, Box, and/or other administrative/project applications
- Top 3 skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PP, Word), Strong Time management and Organizational skills, Proficiency with Admin Software systems (Ariba, Workday, etc.)
