- This position is responsible to lead the operation of retail, catering, and patient meal areas under the direction of the Nutrition Services Manager.
- Responsible to implement, under the direction of the Nutrition Services Manager, best practice, system-level initiatives.
- Assists in keeping storage areas clean and organized to ensure all Joint Commission and Health Department guidelines are followed.
- Other duties as assigned by the Nutrition Services Manager.
- Food Handler Permit (as required by State) or ServSafe certification is required by first day of work.
