- Job Summary We are looking for a local, Finance Manager for a Non Profit to oversee all financial activities, compliance, grant writing and achievement of financial strategies.
- Finance Manager Responsibilities: -Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the theater's goals and objectives-Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes-Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and prepare regular financial reports for the management team and board of directors.
- Supervise accounting procedures, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Manage grants and funding sources, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and reporting.
- Finance Manager Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
