- Position Overview : The National Director of Sales is responsible for hiring, managing, and mentoring the sales team to meet and exceed their revenue goals.
- Manage all day-to-day group sales and serve as team mentor and leader of team environments.
- Partner closely with the President, sales team leadership and sales team to develop and understand customer bios, relationships, sales materials, support and lead generation campaigns and processes
- After consultation with President and/or SVP of Sales, GM’s assign all inbound lead distribution by determining which sales team member is the best fit for the client.
- Proven track record of building sales profitability in a competitive business environment.
