- Responsible for managing, promoting, and developing relationships with Multi Location Railroad Serviced Industrial Accounts to engage with and utilize services provided through Cranemasters business platform including: 24/7 Emergency Response/Rerailing, Track construction/maintenance and repair, Car repair, Load adjust/transfers, and other railroad services.
- Responsible for building and enhancing strategic relationships with Multi Location Railroad Serviced Industrial Accounts maintaining contact with existing customers and partners for delivery of railroad services including: rerailing/emergency response services, track maintenance/repair/new builds, car repair, load adjust/transfer, specialty lifting and other services available under Cranemasters business platform.
- Responsible for new account development through cold calling, assessing client needs and identifying solutions.
- Works with and facilitates ongoing training and education of Business Development Managers, (BDM's) by spending time coaching and mentoring BDM's on effective strategies to penetrate regional and local railroad serviced industrial accounts.
