- The role of the Multi-Channel Sales Manager is to achieve incremental sales targets and increase market penetration across the Midwest territory.

- With direction from Multi-Channel sales leadership, executes the deployment, adoption and application of Behr’s annual Strategic Deployment Plan (SDP) using the tools and processes to full potential.
- Develop skills and abilities to uphold the organizational strategy on lean thinking, continuous improvement processes and principles of our company.
- Execute sales strategies, market penetration, growth initiatives and channel-specific marketing by building and maintaining relationships with key customers and direct sales representatives.
