- We are seeing a MSP Service Coordinator / Level 1 Help Desk to join our team due to rapid growth.
- The MSP Service Coordinator / Level 1 Help Desk is responsible for coordinating services in our MSP and acting as the single point of contact to the client for all types of service requests.
- The MSP Service Coordinator / Level 1 Help Desk will coordinate the delivery of multi- tier service requests, dispatch field engineers, and interact with our tier 1 service desk manager as needed.
- Schedule internal and field technical resources on the dispatch portal
- Strong interpersonal skills including communication, active listening, and customer care.
