Starting Pay: $18 / hour + tips and WEEKLY FRIDAY PAY Why should you become a mover? Pay, Perks, and Benefits: competitive hourly wage at $18 / hour, weekly FRIDAY paychecks, opportunities to earn tips daily and bonuses monthly, as well as benefits such as health insurance and opportunities for advancement within our growing company. 2023 average compensation pay / hour + tips equated to $20+ for Movers. Does NOT include bonus or commission earnings. Performance based pay raises Travel: Get paid to see the country. Interstate travel available. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload items from our moving trucks, ensuring that they are properly secured and transported safely. Work with our team of movers to move furniture, boxes, and other household items, both within homes and businesses. Provide friendly and professional customer service to our clients, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth and successful move. Use your problem-solving skills to navigate tight spaces, tricky corners, and other challenges that may arise during the move. Ensure that all necessary equipment, such as dollies and moving blankets, are used properly. Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
