- The PMO scope is inclusive of information technology, facilities, regulatory compliance, and process improvement projects in addition to including leading cross-functional efforts to drive standardization, stabilization, and simplification of the business process; drives operational excellence implementation to improve operations and business processes across companies, units, and departments.
- The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning and coordination of large, complex projects and programs, status reporting, developing, and tracking project plans in addition to managing risks and issues with cross-functional stakeholders, project sponsors, business owners, partners, and team members.
- This role is also responsible for synthesizing information into an executive dashboard performing regular health checks on project and program management best practice guidelines, and mentoring Project Coordinator and Project Analyst team members.
- Develop a “Best Practice” review and improvement process (such as Kaizen events) to increase efficiency.
