- The Meeting and Event Planning Manager plans, manages, and synchronizes essential details of meeting and employee events including Board of Trustee (BOT) meetings, industry professional conference meetings (State, National, and regional level), onsite volunteer committee meetings, and other ARRT events.
- Perform the negotiation and execution of contracts and other legal documents associated with the event projects and provide oversight of the implementation of these policies, procedures, and documents in agreement with the Chief Credentialing Officer (CCO).
- Collaborate with CCO on approvals and denials of requests and communicate decision with requestors.
- Arrangement of activities and food/beverage for all onsite activities for volunteer committee of Exam Requirements & psychometrics and Ethics & Compliance departments.
- Arrange group dinners for all volunteer committee meetings including those in Exam Requirements & Psychometrics and Ethics & Compliance.
