- Job SummaryThe Medical Navigator provides safe and appropriate basic patient care and administrative duties as needed, in order to assist patients in achieving established outcomes by collecting data points (e.g. vital signs and urine specimens) and other information to be utilized in assessment.
- These activities contribute to meeting the health care, safety and comfort needs of clients, and are performed in accordance with all existing regulatory, state and company standards, policies and procedures.
- Diploma from an accredited medical assistant program, Certified Nurse Assistant certification, or Medical Certification requiredOne year of keyboarding and computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office productsKnowledge of drug & alcohol treatment or disease concept of addiction preferred.
