- Trim fat and skin from meat and customize portions of products using knives, or other meat production equipment.
- Follow company GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to maintain sanitary conditions.
- The incumbent is not required to provide direct supervision of any position.
- Must be able to work for periods of time in freezer 10F to - 10F degrees.
- Kitchen prep experience and some basic knife skills preferred; minimum of 6 months experience as a trimmer preferred.
