- Duties Duty 1: Develops, plans, and recommends advertising/marketing strategies for the 367 Recruiting Group to ensure target populations are informed of benefits, advantages, and activities of the Air Force Reserve.
- Duty 5: Serves as the 367 RCG liaison with the USAF Recruiting Service (active military)and other government agencies' recruiting organizations, (Navy, Army, Marines, Air Natioal Guard, Coast Guard) regard marketing/advertising programs for the respective services Joint Advertising, Market Research, and Studies.
- Initiate and conduct full and independent analytical investigations to evaluate recruiting advertising/marketing programs, while providing statistical/analytical support for the directorate as required.
- FEDERAL TIME-IN-GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT FOR GENERAL SCHEDULE (GS) POSITIONS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in- grade requirements to be considered eligible.
- TIG applies if you are in a current GS position or held a GS position within the previous 52 weeks.
