- Work with the Global Campaign, Creative, Digital and Web Production teams to scope projects, create and maintain project plans, provide project status, handle partner feedback and ensure project outcomes are accurate and complete.
- Partner with the Global Campaign team and other functional leads to define, document, and communicate project scope with all key partners.
- Lead the definition of project scope and the development of project plans and schedules to support the successful execution of global marketing campaigns and digital projects.
- Conduct offline meetings with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, digital, web production, QA, localization, etc.)
- Act as the team's point of contact and maintain communication with all project partners to ensure inter-departmental alignment, optimization of resources, smooth handoffs, and project consistency.
