- The Marketing Operations Manager will work closely with Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, Field Marketing, Content, Design, Global Events, and PMM to drive execution of our omni-channel campaigns.
- Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations on the Performance and Growth Marketing team, you'll be responsible for optimizing our MarTech stack and building out operational best practices for the teamHelp drive optimizations to and oversee Marketo setup including the lead management, scoring, routing, and nurture processMonitor and report on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by the marketing automation platform and related applications.
- Experience integrating and working with a complex tech stack including Demandbase, Bizzabo/Hopin, Sendoso and Qualified, or other similar chatbot techBasic knowledge of HTML and CSSEmbodies a growth mindset, constantly seeking out new opportunities for learning and development of self and others.
