- The Manager of Loyalty and Membership Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance guest loyalty and engagement through Lazy Dog membership programs, both complimentary and paid, including Lazy Dog Beer Club. The manager is responsible for driving brand relevancy, customer retention and increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns and promotions targeted at loyalty and membership programs, utilizing various channels such as email, web, sms, and social media.
- Manage the budget allocated for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop Lazy Dog Beer Club quarterly releases, working closely with beer logistics directory and brewery/production team.
- Develop quarterly forecasting to plan production of beer and release
