- What You'll Do We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager, EvoShield, who will drive the EvoShield brand marketing strategy and execution for multiple sports including Baseball, Softball, Football and Lacrosse with the objective of accelerating brand affinity and sales growth.
- The Marketing Manager is the hub for all aspects of the Go-to-Market marketing mix including campaign development with agency partners, creation of a Marketing Toolbox for internal and external stakeholders, demand generation as well as consumer engagement in all touchpoints including social, email, campaign development and execution, events, partnerships, grassroots, direct-to-consumer (D2C) and dealer support.
- Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Own the marketing strategy for EvoShield – all sports and product categories - including brand objectives, integrated marketing plans and budgets.
- Generate consumer marketing plans by leveraging data and consumer insights to efficiently address business opportunities and drive toward KPIs. Partner with agencies and cross-functional partners in E-Commerce, Product, Commercial and Sales to execute brand initiatives that drive business results.
- Leverage partnerships with Advisory Staff including MLB and Olympic players as well as collegiate and top travel teams.
