Marketing / Events Coordinator

- Coordinate all corporate and customer event planning with direction and guidance from multiple departments (HR, Sales, and Marketing)
- Facilitate tradeshows (maintain annual show calendar, book booths and hotel rooms, run point on booth deliverables and sample orders, etc.)
- Maintain inventory of marketing support materials and place orders as needed (clothing, tradeshow supplies, etc.)
- Assist with internal and external communications (Good News Friday, Department Spotlight, Screenly, Weekly Market Reports, and Social Media Content)
- 2-3 years of trade show and/or event experience
