- The Director, Brand Marketing leads Golden 1’s brand strategy.
- Own and shape Influence strategy and work with leadership to own and shape Golden 1's brand strategy including naming, advertising media mix, media spend, and messaging of campaigns.
- Acts as a point-of-contact for the marketing strategy with Sacramento Kings management for Golden 1 Center and other athletic and community sponsorships.
- Leads the internal Creative Services team which includes driving brand health metrics and performance driven copy and value propositions.
- Obtains the voice of the member and consumer utilizing qualitative and quantitative research materials, customer satisfaction survey responses and results from interaction with member-facing personnel.
