- SUMMARY: Reporting to and under general direction of the Vice President, Marketing, the Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for developing and enhancing automations within HubSpot; acting as the product owner of Empeople’s HubSpot instance; and working closely with data and analytics teams to mature marketing automation and reporting capabilities.
- This critical role on the marketing team will partner closely with data and analytics, sales, business development, deposit, and lending teams to identify opportunities for automation; build all marketing and communications automations within HubSpot; and work closely with the Marketing Strategist and data team to build robust campaign reporting.
- The Marketing Automation Manager is also responsible for developing and reporting on the success of A/B and MVT test plans; building segmentations and lists; and partnering closely with the rest of the marketing team to share insights and drive improvements to creative, targeting, and messaging.
- Identify and create automations within HubSpot, including onboarding, activation, retention, usage, behavior-based triggers, and more.
- Work closely with data and business intelligence teams to enhance HubSpot data extract and facilitate end-to-end campaign reporting.
