- The role of the Marketing and Communications Manager is to support the Deputy Chief of Development and Communications in guiding SPY’s Brand, Marketing, and Communication strategies.
- The Marketing and Communications manager will be instrumental in supporting and refining SPY’s Brand, Communications, and marketing capabilities, including helping to shape strategy and tactics as a member of the communications team, guiding and developing strategic marketing initiatives targeting the organization’s diverse audiences; and utilizing communications strategies to raise awareness about youth homelessness and funds for Safe Place for Youth.
- Work with the Deputy Chief of Development and Communications to align the marketing and communications strategies with brand vision and growth strategies considering audience, message, medium, timing, and ROI
