- The incumbent is responsible for having full knowledge of the Legal Sea Foods restaurant menu and is responsible for handling of guests' seafood and wine purchases within the market area.
- Overseeing daily case set up and product placement, assists management in employee training and development of associates, adheres to company HACCP procedures.
- Sets up seafood display case prior to each shift and/or closes station at end of shift.
- Fully knowledgeable of all market prepared foods and has competent knowledge of all seafood sold in the market.
- Aware of all Legal Sea Foods allergy procedures.
