- The Market Development Specialist is expected to build profitable relationships with Key Account Clients and ensure that all SERVPRO customers receive quality customer service.
- Through relationship building, SERVPROs brand name awareness, enterprise capability and capacity will increase throughout the insurance industry, which will increase call volume and revenue for our franchise community.
- Develop relationships with client field claims personnel and promote partnerships with trainers and franchises.
- Create quality contracts and/or bulletins that provide adequate ROI over life of agreement.
- Experience in the development and use of automated information report tools (i.e. Microsoft CRM)
